Lansing Engineering's company mission is to provide high quality and responsive services to optimize our client's project potential and capital investments. Our clients are the basis of our business and their satisfaction is critical to our existence. History
Lansing Engineering was founded by Yates Scott Lansing in 2001. Mr. Lansing started the company with one residential subdivision project located in the Town of Halfmoon. The business began out of the basement of his home with the expectation of a small handful of clients that he could maintain independently. Within months, a new business plan was necessary to accommodate his increased client base. Within just one year the business moved out of his home and to the current office location within the Parade Ground Village of Malta, NY. Today, the high performance team at Lansing Engineering includes eleven professionals specializing in civil engineering, landscape architecture, land planning and environmental consulting. Lansing Engineering currently maintains approximately 150 active projects located in numerous towns throughout seven counties.
